Within a handful of days after discussing our spec with Sherissa, she produced a mock-up website. Meanwhile, she had also tasked me to send the pictures we wanted built-in, and even gave me links to websites with free photos. Her grasp of our spec was great, and Sherissa made many good suggestions to improve the look and feel, adding features that we hadn’t thought of, such as search. I remember her patience in taking me through a number of colour palettes so I could see instantly what it would be like on the website.
Sherissa is quite driven in delivering and used technology innovatively to engage with me interactively across the Atlantic to test some of the developments. I enjoyed this aspect very much, as I could see the changes taking place before my eyes as we discussed the options. No problem was too great. For example, on live streaming of recordings, Sherissa gave us a number of options including one where we didn’t have to pay anyone anything. This was great for our limited budget.
Sherissa has an honesty that is so welcoming to see in business. We now have a website that we are happy with, plus video tutorials to be able to change the design or put things on the website ourselves.
